What is the ROTW?

Tomorrows weather.

New York: AM Showers High of 56
Hallendale: Scattered Storms High of 82
Chicago: Sunny and High of 61
Lexington: AM Clouds High of 56
Oaklawn: Sunny and High of 70
Arcadia: Partly Cloudy High of 64

Looks like another changing Track Speed at Aqueduct on Wood Day.

Let the debates begin.

jbelfior

A drying out Aqueduct main track will usually be inside speed favoring early on.

With enough sun and wind in the afternoon, look for the bias to switch to the outside stalkers.

Good Luck,

Couldn\'t the Line on Court Vision be interpreted as explosive. Granted Court Vision has a considerable ways to go to get to the level of some of the others as the author notes. But the overall negative read off his two year old condition line is a half full half empty point of view for this handicapper.

Any studies on how severe turbulence during transit impacts performance? ;)

War Pass has had a rough go of it lately.

I have to say, I think the 6th at Santa Anita tommorrow will be a more interesting race imho. I\'m far more interested in handicapping the SA Derby.

Good Luck , Girly, It\'s very hard to be excited betting Poly, the SA derby ain\'t what it used to be. I suspect in the coming years most will agree, as long as they keep that crap out of CD and NY and FL. I can\'t bet or see any West coast horse being a factor this year. Its virtually impossible to load up on these horses.

toppled

I\'m looking forward to betting the SA Derby.  I like Yankee Bravo because he gets better every race, running a 4 last race on dirt & the sire\'s TGI is best on synthetic surfaces.

jbelfior

Santa Anita Derby has produced several bombs over the past few years. No reason to think it won\'t happen again.

Why not the turf horse coming out of the mile win on the grass (POLONIUS)?...Welcome to the synthethic world of California Racing where anything can happen and probably will!!!

FYI: Second round of rain never hit NY area last night. It\'s been rain free for 24 hours.

Good Luck,
Joe B.

I think that\'s what an amateur like me likes about the SA race- the chaos factor- The Wood looks predictable and therefore lacks excitement. I\'m still playing it though.

I don\'t like the race.

I didn\'t like Tale of Ekati last two, but his T-P is strong. he was a \'5\' nine months ago, why can\'t he be a \'1\' today? still has distance concerns though, and post 8 going 9f at Aqu can be a problem. trainer is obviously a plus.

let\'s see how the odds on the two favorites look, and let\'s see if the TW and ToE ml lines hold up. not sure they will.

ronwar

That is the way I interpret it.  I think Court Vision runs big today. I also think Roman Emperor and Giant Moon will be in the mix today at prices.  I will box the three in tri\'s and exacta\'s. If War Pass runs well, he\'ll probably win. So, I\'ll save with exactas and tris with him on top.  Good Luck!

yes!

the La Derby trip was brutal. it was only a matter of time before a forward move was coming.
