shanahan: no, it still does not pop into the box when you highlight it.  other products no problem.

shanahan: actually, as of 11:42 CST, only HAW will pop into the middle area.

TGAB: Once you process a product, it doesn\'t appear on the order online menu. Try hitting the \"you can download your recently purchased prodcuts by clicking here\" line and that should send you to the purchased product window. Click the get files and try redownloading. Use the same computer. That should work.
