Of Course, \" I don\'t know nothin\' bout horseracing, Miss Scarlett\" So any imput would be fun. It\'s funny how the game is, like in Saratoga Mon. everyone into the late pick 4 when the big payout was in the early pick 4, but who knew? The Del Mar Place all sounds like fun too. There will probably be a lot of action, so if anyone sees a good parley for a single race, by all means share your thoughts! Kettle Hill, you broke my heart- I had one of my funny feelings that it would be IMO but bet the favorite on my super and pick 4, and it didn\'t even cross my mind to do a win bet. Still, it was a lot of fun. Congrats to all those who did well on the weekend!

Lost Cause

I think the #8 Placid Lake in the 8th is a single..That is the only one I can really endorse in a single role..Every other race to me is a spread of at least two...Drill Down is a must have on your ticket in the 9th but so are the other three (Georgie Boy, Leonides and Salute the Sarge)..Tough day...Pick sixes are always tough in California.

Sandreadis

8th Placid Lake-check out her last on replay before betting against.
9th Overextended-maiden,gets in light, should save ground, love the wide middle move last out.
10th Sound Barrier-Solis saves ground early but must work out a trip. Should drift up in odds.
Good Luck. Marcus,How about the 5,6 & 7th?

Sandreadis - Hope you had a fun and interesting - and profitable summer . SAR looked to me like a vintage year .  DMR was OK - Wanna Runner on Saturday  helped consolidate some small successes for the first time at that meet - and I plan to keep it that way . So -  I\'m still undecided about betting the P-6 today - IMO , it\'s a very tough looking play . However , I\'m giving these horses serious consideration  ...

-5- #8 Smoocher ( 15-1 )  + #2 Gallardo ( 5-1 )

-6- #8 Count Brahms ( 7-2 & 2nd lasix )

-7- #11 Arcadia Breeze ( 30-1 & quasi 02X ) + #1 Selvatica (2-1 )

Well off the P-6 beat and trail at DMR in the second race  , first time starter -  Last Black Lion ( 30-1 ML ) looks interesting ...

Good Luck Everyone !

Race 5 - #2 Gallardo, #8 Smoocher and #11 Switzerland

Race 7- #5 True And True and #10 Ex Caelis
Race 8- #8 Placid Lake

Can a $48 ticket be a factor in a $3 million pool? Sure makes switching between TVG and Federer/Roddick in the US Open a lot of fun. Best of luck.

liked you pik overall based on the TG quick...almost the same bet I made....I ran 2/2/1/1/1/2 losing the pik 6 and the pik4?  good god I felt like the pik 4 was a no-brainer....

Trying for the big score was a lot of fun. We need to do this again.

agree - I rarely play a pik 6, but put in a $32 ticket that ran 2nd, 2nd, 1st, 1st, 1st, 2nd. So...I hit a ocnsistent double - I lost the pik 6 AND the pik 4!
