Lost Cause

It looks like a tough day @ Saratoga today,
Anybody see anything good to play...
The only single I have confidence in for the day is the 5 in the 4th and he will be 1 to 9..
In the \"feature\" I like the 5 and 8 but that race is a 2 YO turf race so who knows what will happen..5 improved in 2nd race with Front bandages off (probably was not ready for debut), the 8 ran green in last and still won, if he straightens out should be tough.

Lost,

Hard to believe that Tricky dropped Mike\'s Dream Team into a claimer off that good effort in a MSW race in last.Claim me, red flag??

I assume you see that the feature is a mix of 2yr old fillies and colts but at this time of year there are those who believe the fillies are more developed.I like Sherine to trip out.

Good Luck

I agree that you should proceed with caution on \"Mike\'s Dream Team.\"  The owners paid 180,000 for him and after a very promising first start (4th by 2 lengths in a field of 13 MSW and a Beyer of 78) they drop him into a Maiden 65 Claimer.  Will they take that kind of a loss just to get their picture taken???  The RED FLAGS should be up.  Current odds 3/2.  Caveat emptor!

MicD

Mike\'s Dream Team finished 3rd at 6/5.  Anything that seems too good to be true, is, at least in horse racing.

Yeah i saw that too - so much for my early  P - 4 ...

He had first time front bandages on also, a kiss of death on most occasions.

MicD:

Even though the disclosure of proprietary TG information should only be done on
a limited basis and only when necessary, I am sure that the TG stewards have
noticed your reference to a performance figure taken from another publication
without any disclaimer (ie, \"... for what its worth, the horse was given a 78
Beyer...\").

That being said, I have avoided Dutrow droppers religiously over the years (no
value).

Having only looked at DRF at this point, I think the man Miff calls
\"Tricky\" has an upset chance in Saturday\'s Forego coming off a troubled trip.

A \"Bull\" story ?  Might be something to that  - I like it ... Where you figure he goes off in the odds  ... It took him a couple at 4 yo  before geting to the old top , or new one . But in a context of those last 3 ( or 4 ) races , IMO - He looks impressive ...

Marcus:

...it doesn\'t hurt that Tricky flies in Mark Guidry, who has had some success on
this runner in the past...
