Forty Grams - see a \'5\' or \'6\'.

Officer Rocket - see a \'6\' or so.

Moyer\'s Pond - a repeat of last with a ground saving trip can get the job done here. was the figure slop aided though? bred to get the distance. decent jock.

Starbase - hasn\'t been good enough on dirt.

Delightful Kiss - \'4\' or \'5\'. might lose a few lengths around the 2nd turn.

Cowtown Cat - looking for a \'2\' and a decent 1w or 2w trip.

Danny Sez - has the \'7\' as a 2 yr old. pattern going in the right direction. decent close last. \'4\' or \'5\'?

Reporting for Duty - looking for a \'3\' with a few lengths of ground loss from outside post.

Cowtown Cat the most likely winner, but no lock with 124 lbs at low odds.

It\'s Moyer\'s Pond to win at decent odds.

I\'m guessing there won\'t be any complaints this week, since Alan only listed 4 horses as contenders (throwing out the 3/5 shot), and 3 ran 1-2-3. Exacta $250, so if you just boxed exactas you got about 10-1 on your play, and the tri $1590, so if you played tris you did a lot better. That covers a bunch of losing bets.

The exotics came up about 40% short, so I\'m guessing some of you guys hit the race.

Great job!

Just curious, where did everyone bet the race?

A lot of places did not take bets on the race.

congrats to all who hit it...I completely forgot about the race and was focused on Belmont\'s 8th...too bad, but I would not have had the winner on top.  loved the 8 horse on top.

nice analysis Alan.

I didn\'t get to bet the race. I would have been all over MP at 7-1 and RfD at 12-1. Would like to think I would have been smart enough to use the winner at 24-1 at least as much as the 3-5 favorite, since they figured to run about the same fig (weight adjusted).

What was the Race of the Week?

Chuckles_the_Clown2

Exceptional work tossing the odds on favorite.

Four horses rated Contenders three of which make the Trifecta.

Have to give credit for calling the race, but without taking a position upon which horse was likely to win the combinations can dilute it down some. The winner was the highest odds of the contenders. He had run a couple good races. Wondered when his connections were going to conclude he was not a Turf Horse.

Lastly it appears he ran to a new top. Will defer to Tgraph there.
