So true , you couldn\'t make this stuff up ! In trying to read between the lines though ,   maybe this is NYRA\'s way of trying to give a little hint and letting those \" who need to know \" that they\'ll answer too and  play ball with no one . I don\'t like coming down heavy on all of NYRA becouse most working their are quality 99.0 % and the problems mainly exsist at the executive level the organization . Somebody in a leadership position at NYRA is really going to have too put their heart into the job of straightening things out while at the same time bringing NY racing into the next era .
