improving pattern

It seemed to me that the order of the day was for that forward progressing pattern ,it seem that several horses beside Savara ran well with similar patterns that day .Starting with Soverign Sweep (who I bet incidentally ,he should have won if it wasn\'t for the mugging he got) ,then,SG had a improving line ,Day Trader I believe ran 2nd with an improving pattern .There were different time spans on each but it seemed to me that horses that were improving continued to improve ,or at least ran to their tops , any thoughts or observations on this I would love to hear any feedback.
