With all the factors that can influence the variant – track maintenance, water content, wind, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, etc, etc, etc, - what is a figure maker to do? Here's an idea. How about seeing how these, and all other possible factors affects the horses performances and using this as the main factor in determining the figures. Hey wait, that's what you're already doing.
