Biancone was interviewed by TVG after he won the Keeneland stake today where he was asked about Spanish Chesnut in the derby.  He said as long as he worked well Sun or Mon he would be in to \"Do his job.\"  Which screams rabbit to me.  The plot thickens in this race...

I love it. I love it. I love it.

Now if Greeley\'s Galaxy can find a way in the stage would be set for one of the most intriguing Derbys ever.

Running Storm Surge is being evaluated by his connections. Theres no way he should run and Stewart will reach that conclusion and scratch. Regardless of what Don\'t Get Mad does in the Derby Trial then his connections will withdraw him since they also manage Greeleys. The Galaxy is IN...handicap accordingly.

It really would be a shame if Greeley doesn\'t get in.

If Spanish Chestnut enters, it will be interesting to see what Biancone does at the post position draw, if he gets an early pick.  If he just wants to see how far Spanish Chestnut can go on the lead, he\'d pick an inside post, like he did with Lion Heart last year.  If he wants to harass the other speed, I assume he\'d pick an outside post.

All this talk of rabbits stirs up memories of Holy Bull\'s Travers (\"but there\'s cause for Concern\"), which has got to be among my top 5 all time favorite races, even though I don\'t recall having a wagering interest.

Sounds like Sort It Out will run. Also Going Wild.

Storm Surge is out.If Spanish Chestnut runs and there are no other defections-Greeleys doesn\'t get in.

Silver Charm

Hate to say I told you so but I did.

X thanks for correcting me on Biancone training this horse I said Pletcher the other day. Regardless neither if them is making the decision Mike Tabor is. Just like he did when he entered hopeless longshot Deeds not Words and Wayne Lukas was blistered by the media because people figured he was only running to extend his Derby entrant streak.

I am actually surprised they are letting people know now. I would just enter when they draw and give no one time to adjust in any pre-race training. If there is any adjusting that can be done at all.

The more speed, the better I like it.

GG was primed for the Illinois Derby. Young horse (no 2yo experience) has improved 14 thoro points in short career. Where do you think he goes now off of the negative 2??

Good Luck,
Joe B.

Dang Ant, I think you may be right. The list I looked at thinking Greeley\'s was in must have had an error in it. Maybe Sort it Out wasn\'t on it. Greeleys had a big chance, its gonna be a shame if he doesnt get in.

Its a damn shame Greeleys doesn\'t make it. Easiest toss of those on the list. No doubt about it.

The biggest shame is the Klown would\'ve used Greeleys as a key and lost his azzzzz!

May they all come home safely!

Maybe, maybe not gvido. I think I have the Derby winner. I\'m gonna wait for the Post draw, but I\'m very confident I have a 60 percentile winners circle horse with this writing. A horse that barring injury I know will hit the top 3. I\'ll reveal him post finish line. It wasn\'t Greeley\'s, though I completely disagree with your bounce assessment. There are a couple horses set to land softly on the moon. Greeleys is not one of them. Keep at it though, one year in the future you may no longer be pari mutual cannon fodder.

I know where you\'re going. Send it in on Bellamy gvido. Bet with both hands. But remember my admonition. Bellamy goes as the Yankees go and the Yankees are stinking up the joint.

HP

Why can\'t you reveal him now?  HP

HP,

You are wasting your time with the Clown and his pick.  He is the alltime redboard king and has set the stage already this year.

He has talked down on Bellamy Road for the past few weeks, but also said he will be on top with a \"saver\" bet.

Now, he tells us that he will reveal his pick after they cross the finish line.

If Bellamy Road wins, his \"saver\" will be the superfecta and trifecta with Bellamy Road on top.

Anybody else who wins will have been his 60th percentile winner.

Gimme a break.

I am now doing what I said you were doing, wasting my time on the clown.......

Chuckles_the_Clown2

lol

I\'m leaning towards no saver on Bellamy thats 50 more bucks in exotics or on the nose. However if I go that route, I may not play the complete crash and burn. If he\'s run closer to paired zed\'s than zed/-5 hes not a superhorse, but pace factored against him hes still got a possible money chance.
