I just read and was gonna post the story asfuth. You always seem to be first on the news.

If the court hears the case and rules a fraudulent omission occured the tracks/horsemen are gonna have to think hard about their standard operating procedure. This one screams out dismissal or settlement without statements.

I saw a Randy Moss piece on ESPN.com in which he said that Wygod had revealed in his NBC interview that Sweet Catomine was ovulating, but NBC chose not to air that portion of the interview.  Their thinking was that it is common for fillies to run while ovulating in the spring.

Wygod didn\'t mention the hyperbaric chamber to NBC, but based on what I\'ve read here, I\'m not sure whether bettors would have considered that a plus or a minus.

The lawsuit puts the CHRB in a somewhat difficult spot.  If they find Wygod and Moss had a duty to disclose the bleeding, etc., they help out the plaintiff in the lawsuit (although the lawsuit seems like a longshot to me).

Yes, I was in the middle of making my post about this topic while yours was getting posted. Looks like I was not the only one surfing around this morning.
