Mall-- I\'m leaving for the night, but I saw your post on the Derby List, and that would be big news indeed-- if CD starts giving rebates and handle goes up, my guess would be that every track in the country would have a rebate program in place in 6 months. In fact, if they even announce it, Magna would probably have something going by the time the CD meet starts, since they were looking to do it before.

One interesting thing about this is that there was a rumor going around last summer that CD offered 20 million for half of RGS and was turned down. Couldn\'t understand the offer (why not just do it themselves?), and couldn\'t understand turning it down.
