Let me see if I have this right, per Indulto\'s post on the Rag board:

You and your buddies always post under aliases, never under your real names, but someone who uses a DIFFERENT alias than they usually do is doing something wrong (sneaking). Except when it is the very guy being identified in the very post you are taking issue with, who has had more aliases than anyone else on the board. That about right?

Here\'s a news flash-- some people post under aliases on the Rag board because they know they will be deleted automatically by association or for their opinions, whether they work here or not, and whether the subject has anything to do with TG or not.  And this one did not, right? It concerned improving the game for all of us.

George works for us. SC does not, I don\'t know who the other guy is, or whether it\'s two guys. And you know what? It doesn\'t matter-- arguments stand up on their own. Or they don\'t. And your pissy little post says a lot more about you than about the guy you sniped at, who was trying to get the game cleaned up.

You are welcome to post here any time, whether it\'s under your real name, your alias, or your alias\' alias. The only time it will matter who you are or what your allegiance is is if you are testifying to something, when credibility matters.

Tolerance is an amazing thing. I like to think its a sign of intelligence, which is not to say I am in any way tolerant...lol

Those Raggies are funny.

Chuckles,

They just aren\'t very good Debaters.

Why do you think they changed the Board Security and become so paranoid when we go over there.

TGJB

Indulto-- you are right. Everyone who has a problem with Ragozin and his associates is either me or paid by me.

I could take that convoluted attempt to make sense apart line by line, showing that your premises are false and your \"logic\" laughable, but it\'s not worth the time or effort-- you\'re some guy sitting in front of a computer, hiding behind a pseudonym or two.

Two points, though-- that \"detractors/former supporters\" thing was unintentionally hilarious in context, although only a few of us know the context, which has to do with absolutely consistent positions on one persons part, and a total turnaround on another\'s, concerning your idol. \"JJ\" is on the record  many times blasting LF for deplorable behavior and bad figure making methodology, and \"changed\" his public position only when I barred him from the board and he needed a place to stand to throw bombs at me. And Tom, I know you didn\'t start this, and your comment about the drug stuff  to SC (I guess it was him) was not an attack.

The other-- your last paragraph is so silly even you must know it. I\'m the one who outed the major move up vet, I\'m the one who has brought the drug stuff up over and over publicly, I\'m the one talking to 3 separate organizations trying to get something done, and made an issue of it in public comments before the last 2 BC\'s. I\'m also the one who took on the industry a few years ago in the DRF letters page about the proposed raise in takeout to fund an industry marketing plan-- for the first 3 weeks it was just me and George White against the industry\'s paid lobbyist, before Zito and others jumped in, and the idea was eventually scrapped.

I\'ve already got the attention of these people, and posts from our board are being copied and shown to the California racing board. I\'ve also got calls from several in the industry who are concerned about this problem, and I\'m working with some, putting others in contact with each other, and will work with anyone who can help. What I\'m trying to do here is to get other horseplayers involved in a meaningful way.

What are you doing? I mean, besides throwing BS at me, anonymously.

Jerry, what about what I wrote on the subject of this whole juice topic. Never got anything back...talking about how the big wigs don\'t care what goes on and it might hurt the game and its the same thing as is going on in baseball.....is anyone caring??? I wrote about all this on another thread.

TGJB

Kev-- it\'s not that they don\'t care, it\'s that they are afraid of a scandal. That\'s why it\'s important to keep the heat on.

I really think we\'ve reached a point where the only prudent thing to do is to take blood samples from all placing horses post race. In the alternative, I\'d like to see a new rule for Grade I races: \"All entries must be on the grounds 7 days prior to the race and stabled in video camera monitored stalls. Any horse that is not on the grounds 7 days pre race is automatically administered a blood test post race. I\'ve believed for some time you can handicap cheating, but its ruining the game.

Indulto,

That was an Olive Branch of sorts extended by me. While we may all disagree over \"Who got the Number Right\" from time-to-time, we probably agree on more issues than some of us care to think.

People were being accused of being gutless for using an alias when for all we know Billy Sample might actually be dumb enough to be using his own name. We will never know.

The real issue is why aren\'t more VISIBLE people like TGJB using the Bully Pulpit. Why must this battle be fought by faceless individuals such as ourselves.

There is some history with Super Vet Allday. When Pat Byrne came out of nowhere and won 15 straight races at Churchill Downs and trained TWO Eclipse Award winning Two-Year Olds. Frank Stronach signed him away that fall to an exclusive contract as his private trainer. There was one caveat, the VET CAME WITH HIM. Stronach actually said he wanted a package deal. Who was the Vet?? Allday.

Chuckles_the_Clown2

i remember it well. The deerhound filly and favorite trick, who he abandoned for the Stronach barn. Guess he knew it was more than talent making that horse run. Why hasn\'t byrne been a factor since?

By the way TGJB did say he\'s doing what he can. You have to be careful here. If he comes right out and goes after the usual suspects he\'s much easier to hand a subpoena to than others that post here. He\'s right of course. First that they are cheating and second in not naming the names without proof.

Actually, it would make me very happy if they would sue me-- they would have to show damages to win, I would get to show a whole bunch of sheets of horses that moved up to explain my opinion, and we would get to depose an awful lot of vets, assistant vets and trainers. Which is why it\'s not likely there will be a suit.

But I keep trying...
