Brad Cox since and including September 22nd in stakes races (non-graded and graded), 25 starts, 15 wins.  Not a typo.  Tip of the cap to Matthew DeSantis who posted about his recent record today on X.  This includes his 6 stakes starters today.  66%.  What a horseman.  Good for the game.  Wakes up early.  Just can\'t say enough about his dedication.

In the BC Scratch/Remove department, The Chosen Vron (Kruljac), Idiomatic (Cox), Destiny D\'Oro (Cox), So There She Was (O\'Neill), McKinzie Street (Yakteen), Gina Romantica (Brown), Kirstenbosch (Sadler), National Treasure (Baffert), Dr Ruben M (O\'Neill) . . . For some good humor, go check out the reasons given.  Pointing to another race or No reason given or giving the horse time off or a minor issue or something that should heal quickly.  It is pretty funny stuff.  

Just a lot of bad luck for a lot of good guys . . . It will be interesting to see how the super trainers fare on Fri and Sat.  My two top plays don\'t involve so-called super trainers so no matter to me.  They will get some wins I\'m sure but don\'t be surprised by some major flops.
