Dutrow causing figure problems?

He\'s running horses back in three and four days a lot lately.  Needless to say, he is hot.  I mean running them, not just entering and scratching.

miff: Running them back so early(and winning) is sure putting a hole in the \"too soon\"theory espoused by many sheet cappers.

Boscar Obarra:   My distant cousin Oscar Sosa Barrera wrote the book on too soon.

I think one of his once won a hard photo, and instead of returning to the barn, was loaded into the gate for the following race. It was too  good a spot to pass up.

miff: I got taken down for a decent bet in the 5th at Belmont. The three blind mice concluded that the 5 horse drifted out enough to cause the 6 horse the race. The 6 horse hung and wasn\'t going by if they ran another mile. They usually let the winner stand in these cases calling the infraction \"insufficient\", but not today.UGH!!

jimbo66: Miff,

I also had Come Dance at a nice 5 to 1 price.

But he did more than drift.  He smacked into him.

: I have been betting 5 days (or less) repeaters since the late 80s. As long as the horse is spotted at the right distance/surfce and isn\'t taking a huge jump in class, I view coming back that quickly off a win as a sign of fittness.
