NYRA Signal Pulled

My buddy just called to tell me there is an article on today\'s BLOODHORSE web site that says the MidAtlantic Cooperative (Laurel, Pimlico, Freehold, Monmouth, Philly Park, Delaware Park, etc) will be pulling the plug on the Belmont simulcasts, effective tomorrow.

Not sure what\'s going on here. Anyone have any more specifics???

I don\'t know the whole story and can\'t go into specifics here anyway, but I suspect this is connected to a couple of big things that are going to break in the next few days that could really send the industry going the wrong way in terms of takeout, and could cause a serious backlash.
