Considering the politics of both Lens, that’s beyond amazing.

Jake has been going after Cuomo and NYRA, too. Considering we’ve gone from the highest rate of new infections to the lowest in the country, and saved thousands of lives because of the shutdowns, the first is ridiculous, so best guess is their business took a hit. Not sure what the NYRA bit is about.

That was a month ago, and has nothing to do with shutdowns, which is what Jake etc. are bitching about. Or to do with left/right, for that matter.

The small percentage that rioted stopped/were arrested two weeks ago, though you would never be able to tell from Fox’s coverage. The protests are still going on around here, so far no Covid spikes, presumably because they’re outdoors, and so many people in Manhattan are wearing masks.

Also so far the professional criminals don’t seem to have figured out everybody wearing masks is good cover, so we’ve got that goin’ for us...

You must not have read the recent posts over there. Jake is the ring leader and has brought the crazies out of the woodwork. The complaints about Cuomo are almost exactly the opposite of the screwup highlighted in this AP article. Jake’s rant is about Cuomo, et al over-reacting to the virus by keeping everything locked down too tight. For them there is no problem if the government would just stop meddling and let everybody go about their business.

Question: How does a business survive when the proprietor is labeling so many of his customers as morons like Jake is doing? Seems like every time the political wars are about to die down over there, Jake makes a political post to start it up again. Death wish?

I’m convinced the government is everyone’s enemy unless of course you are some of these life time politicians.
I’m also convinced if we stopped watching the news for a month this country/world would be much better.
Have never visited the other board and the only Jake I know works for State Farm.

Personally, I like the handicapping posts that use some high level anti surveillance techniques. I mean you can really feel the hushed tones they use.

Shhhh, not too loud, but that 7-9 after that 1/4 point condition move.....I’m telling ya that one is live. And then da next race use the 9-8-7+ horse, another great condition move.

I’m so disappointed I can’t figure out these winners.
