BELVOIR BAY Sold for $1.5MM yesterday. I’m not a bloodstock or breeding expert so I’m proposing this question to some who may have more insight.

Is that a good value for a potential broodmare prospect? G1 winner. G1 placed to potentially the fastest turf sprinter in the game at Meydan in Blue Point (before being retired).

Is it just me, or is turf sprinting severally underrated? These are some of my favorite races carded in the sport and I have a feeling these races are severely undervalued by actual horsemen. If I were a breeder, owner, I’d love to corner this market.
