Pick 3 Oaks,Turf,Derby scratches

Question - am alive in the special Pick 3, have the 1 & 7 in the Turf race.  They scratched my #1 Deauville.  In the old days of Pick 6, if your horse scratched they gave you the post time favorite in the place of the scratched horse.  Is that the case on this Pick 3?  or they credit back?  Need to know if I\'m routing for Beach Patrol or not after all.  Or am stuck with only one horse #7 in the turf.
