So, the test to see whether I\'ve done this correctly -- I signed in through a tab I clicked on while on Thorograph -- is to see whether I get a $25 TG credit after my first $25 wager?

We\'ve uncovered a few issues with NYRA Bets Key Account Desk not getting emails correctly, which had to do with some outages they they experienced at Belmont. Please give it another try; they really are doing their best to respond quickly and work creatively to find solutions for sign up, funding, rebate, and concierge questions.

Apologize for some of the deflected emails, we believe that they\'ll all get through now. For the record, I am cc\'d on all incoming emails sent to the KAD, and I\'ll be working with them to ensure that all of our guys are given the personalized attention they has been promised.

Has anyone had their existing NYRA account flagged as a TGPS account? I have been informed by the KAD that this is not possible.

Hi Niall,

There have been a great number of accounts that have been flagged as TGPS account after the players contacted the NYRA Bets Key Account Desk, and there are plans to broaden the program quickly as we work with NYB to develop more player-centric benefits. What\'s been rolled out so far is simply the first step.

Dear TG posters and lurkers ...

When something isnt right it sure is easy to be critical and its hard to defend NYRA as they have made themselves an easy target. While my attempt to get my existing NYRABETS account converted to a TGPS account was unsuccessful, I truly believe that the consideration I have been shown by Thorograph and The NYRA Key Accounts team provides much hope that the horseplayer is finally being looked after. If you dont wager through NYRA, I would strongly consider doing so using the TG link. Posting in this manner is not usually my style, but sometimes you have to give credit where credit is due. I might as well add that wherever you wager, download and checkout the NYRA Now app, especially if you use streaming media (Roku). Its worth it!

Finally, 4-1 on Epicharis? That alone will attract $$ and hopefully offset the scratch of Classic Empire. Enjoy the races and good luck to all.
