Great post P-Dub<

I\'m willing to bet Silver Charm is your average $2 better. He always feels the need to vent, about positive things.

What part about him sucks? He is in the hall of fame and is a very genuine human being. You must be talking about somebody else.

Bennie couldn\'t do it anymore, because Calder has nothing to offer the horse. He said the horse needs to be in NY so he can run in stakes races.

I believe good horses don\'t bounce often. But isn\'t Charitable Man a candidate..

Any thoughts on the big jump?

Jack,

Very good analysis! I bet mostly turf races and the first thing I look at is class and distance. I agree on the post with Cowboy Cal he ran his ass of against Einstein and he is rewarded with the 12 hole.. I will be playing the grade #1 winners, just not sure who to use on top yet. CV, drew very well, but will be short and I\'m not sold on him. MS drew well also but again can\'t bet with confidence and this might not be long enough. Cosmonaut has won at the distance when he gets the lead, but he certainly won\'t have it his own way Saturday. Good overall betting race and I will be using one of the grade #1 winners on top.

Court Vision had a perfect trip at Pimlico in his last and had no punch in the lane. He was compromised by the inside like the others that day. He can easily get the distance and will save ground with the draw. Might be the favorite...

I agree MTB will be around 8-5 and should be.. He ran great in the Preakness and on paper is the most classy horse. From a betting point I don\'t have much of an opinion. Don\'t think Dunkirk can handle the distance and he isn\'t seasoned enough. CM might not be seasoned to, but is fresh and fit. I might just play around with the Lucas duo in the gimmicks.

Again, IMO LC drew a terrible post and she might be limited on the distance. Calvin would had the same results..

Nothing wrong with the ride, that I could see. My guess is the post sucked...

Rachel Alexandra will not be running in the Belmont Stakes.

The co-owner of the Preakness winner announced the decision Friday. Jess Jackson says the spectacular filly deserves a vacation.

The move clears the way for jockey Calvin Borel to return to Mine That Bird in the June 6 Belmont. Borel will be trying for a personal Triple Crown. He won the Kentucky Derby with Mine That Bird and the Preakness with Rachel Alexandra.

I think Flying Private wants 1 1/2. Lucas has dominated this race in the past and this horse IMO gives him a shot. I hope Rachel runs, because I think she might be toast.

Great score!!! I ended up hitting 5-6 and singled Elysium Fields. Just to see Tres Borrachos wire the field. Found it very tough to use him though... His last 2 races he was dropping in class and showed nothing. Then he pops!!!
