So sorry to hear of Alan\'s passing.  I was lucky enough to sit in on a couple of Alan\'s Traver Stakes seminars and had the opportunity to ask some questions about quarter point moves and circling patterns afterwards.  Those insights have helped me cash many tickets since then.  My deepest sympathies goes out to you and any of Alan\'s close friends and family.  T.

All I saw hurt horses.  Fierceness bearing out badly and Sierra Leone again bearing in.  Weather it\'s his paddle or not it\'s really costing him lengths.  Batten Down was the only healthy horse in the race and should improve off this, just isn\'t good enough.  This race did make me a believer that Torpedo Anna will be a major contender in the Travers and that the Japanese should take another shot with Forever Young.

#7. Just Steel bounce back to Ark Derby, probably more likely than stable mate improving 3-4 lengths.

#8. Tuscan Gold needs to improve to win but it\'s Chad and the fresh horse angle has worked in the Preakness.

No way, no how, despite the perfect draw; does Fierceness wire this field.  Also Sierra Leon off 3 point new point is not for me.  No one is talking about Mystik Dan.  Does he hate distance or was last a bounce off a big new top.  Came back with a bullet work.  Watch out for McPEEEEK!  Love his top and his odds.

Get ready for the price increase on Derby and Oaks this coming year.  Not only does CD want to be paid by Oct. 31st but they just dropped a 12% price increase on season box holders.  Think the time has finally come to give up my box.

June 10th 2017 is the day horse racing died in my mind.  Sure I have played since like the addict I am but that was the day I knew that the sport could not and would not police it\'s self.
