Vic couldn\'t do his show last time because of unforeseen circumstances, in an update emailing it was said that Vic\'s next show would be on Dec.18th.

Vazquez is scheduled to serve a 21-day suspension from April 30-May 20 for an August 2016 clenbuterol positive at Parx. He has yet to be sanctioned for a positive test for glycopyrrolate on Jan. 31, 2017, that led to the disqualification of J.J.\'s Candy from a maiden win at Parx.

Looks like I got nipped by FTL. Glatt was 1 for 3 FTL. I saw that stat but didn\'t think there would be large enough improvement to outrace the #4.

As per my interpretation of the thorograph numbers/stats for today\'s races at Del Mar.
The sequence starts in race #3
Leg 1: 4
Leg 2: 1, 4, 5, 6
Leg 3: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
A fifty cent ticket cost $20

Breeders' Cup races are subject to CHRB rules, including Rule 1974 B which states: "If a horse is removed from the wagering pool due to a totalizator error, or due to any other error, and neither the trainer nor the owner is at fault, the horse shall start in the race as a non-wagering interest for the purse only and shall be disregarded for pari-mutuel purposes."

I did not bet the race.
Keenland, Oct. 23rd, the 6th race.
Someone said that the round the track odds drop no longer happen at the big tracks.
The winner, Beau Luminarie left the gate at 9/2, was 5/2 entering the stretch and won off paying 9/5.

Please don\'t make assumptions. I never bet a penny on that race. I posted as an example of what horse racing has devolved into.
Everyone knows in the age of information, high vig and takeout, social media communications, short prices.
Use to be, in years past that you could make money on that angle, not so much now.

I\'ve followed Finger Lakes for years, and I\'ve see John Davila carry many horses down the lane, up there nobody is better at it.
Today is a classic Davila play in the sixth race. A Chris Englehart sprinter (#1 Not A Trace) stretching out to a route and leaving from the rail, should be controlling speed.
The main competition should come from #5 Star Manager.
The two have faced off before, on Aug. 30th going 3/4 of a mile, Not A Trace was in front of Star all the way, I expect more of the same today, with Davila keeping Not A Trace alive in the lane.
Is my speculation flawed?

linear algebra, FORTRAN, C code, C++, proofs by contrapositive, induction,
physics and related math, electrical. simultaneous equations, voltage
phases for DC current using Trigonometry the angle of theta , logical
circuits and gating transistors TTL Logic and CMOS....
I have analyzed horses for the better part of forty years, use to be a fair game, that is before the advent of the cell phone. It seemed to me that things changed when the cell phone came on the scene. It makes sense, with conference calling a connection (I.E. a trainer, groom, hot walker..etc..etc..) can instantly message hundreds of people at one time, thus getting the word out seconds before the gate opens.
Nothing is worse than having your money on a horse that leaves the gate at 4-1, runs a quarter and the odds drop to 5/2, round the turn and now 9/5, down the stretch and wins at final odds of 6/5, am I the only one that notices?
