Thanks to your site being down for part of this weekend, I realized a great WIN at the bettor\'s windows.
I tried to purchase your sheets thru your site, and THANK GOD, YOUR SITE WAS DOWN.  I CALLED RAGOZIN\'S. I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE NAMED JAKE, GAVE HIM MY CREDIT CARD, AND WITHIN MINUTES HE FAXED ME \"THE SHEETS\".

I called their office back TODAY to thank them for their SUPERIOR product and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spoke with JAKE and was not surprised to hear that he never talked with anyone from your office.
