My very amateur view is many Pletcher top horses have not liked kickback. Many of his favs going into the KD had this issue and in their preps were often wide. And you can\'t get away with it at a 1 1/4 for the first time. Not sure why this is....does he not force them to take kickback in training to prepare them. While no horse likely loves kickback many can thrive in it. TP horses seem not to much too often. And some can get away with it but many can\'t when matched up against the best. I bet Fierceness but was lukewarm even after the seminar. Should have paid more attention to the seminar call out of MD as only had him in 2nd rather than 1.

Chalky day but the seminar put me on the R10 #7 with a nice score for the Pk5 that got me very positive. Well done. Mott and Brown delivered....Cox...Pletcher and Baffert not so much.

and the worse part...if you look at the replay when the 2 went over he did not touch the 1....the 1 was let out of the gate quickly as others said....look at the 2 and tell me he didn\'t touch the 3 when he was panicking...looks like he kicked/hit him...but the 3 still runs as the fav. I\'ve had a lot of DQs and crazy things happen and I brush it off...this was a joke.

Yes I think the p5 was about 500 for .50...as I saw over 2K for $2.00.

Really....I put my pick 5\'s through another sit but was looking at NYRABets at the time as all my intra race bets were there. The broadcast said the 1 was scratched as well...think it was a BC screw up....and that was a bug one....my two A\'s were 1,3; B\'s 2,4....for the pick 5 was only alive to the A\'s.

Stronach will rip the bandaid off for the corrupt Balt. politicians, rebuild Laurel, and have a great event. You can have a fun time at Pimlico on these two great race days in light of it being a dump -you have to have the right seats though. Take a look at the BES card. Preakness should be similar.

who got laid out in the first turn? you can\'t look at the turn from home and make decisions that have no effectc on the result.....the winner was the winner on the turn.......But if stewards are looking at a race....look at the entire race.

that wasn\'t my point but I forget a bunch of derby winners if they don\'t follow it up...i attend the Preakness and my comment was more pointed to hopefully having a full field there.....as the Derby \"winner\" is certainly suspect....and suspect isn\'t in quotes even though that is how the derby winner won.

Why don\'t we look at the first turn with as much focus?

complete BS....was the \"winner\" affected? I made money more $$$ with the DQ but disagree 110%. Hopefully a full feild at the preakness can expose the \"winner.\"
And feel for bad for Mott.....I would not want to win one like that,

Ask the Experts / Re: Pimlico broadcast analysts said track played fair…
May 20, 2018, 06:01:02 AM
i was there and friday was def fair and it may have been yesterday too. i played from race 5 on.....picked every winner as an A horse and lost a bit of money. as someone on the board said a few days ago.....it isn\'t about picking winners it is about the bet. yesterday was a chaulk fest.
