\"If the Derby is a day where your personal handle is high you might want to be cautious with how you incorporate into your play if you\'ve never used them before. Generally speaking, I try not to let them negatively influence my opinion but will use them to solidify and upgrade opinions.\"
That\'s the truth.
That\'s the truth.

Whether he bounces to the moon or not, I\'m letting it all ride on Omaha. I\'ll explain in detail when I get my wagers finalized after the draw.

I’ve felt sorry for Durkin...poor guys Dream was to call a Triple Crown winner and he retires 1 year early. I guarantee Durkin’s TC call would’ve blown Collmus’ out of the water.

I doubt very many that post on here are using the complex computer systems that Benter used/uses (or any other syndicate).

Wager construction has been the most frustrating for me, so I\'m all for a wager strategy section. Defense wins championships.

\"Recently at a panel I was on, I spoke of a winner who was keeping track of his bets overseas, and how he was doing quite well. His blog is a hit. At the same conference, marketing was spoken about. A professional player who was there came up to me and said \"we don\'t need marketing, we need winners like the guy you showed. That will grow the game.\" \"
100% agreed. Seeing a friend of mines big score on the Derby years back is exactly what got me into wagering on the ponies.

Pretty cool read. Being a top farrier in the thoroughbred game is truly an art form.

As the recipient of the Derby RBOY award, I congratulate you on your win. Nothing wrong with posting positives and being thankful.

Ask the Experts / Re: Thorograph Seminar
May 09, 2018, 06:55:09 AM
The strategy I now use to construct my superfecta tickets I learned from reading about other player\'s big scores after the Derby, and the vast majority didn\'t post their plays on any online forum before the race. I guess it was redboarding by them, but for me it was a learning experience and I was appreciative that they shared their story. If anything, I would think it would be a big positive for players using Thorograph (or any other resource) to show how they did, and share what resources/strategies they used to construct their tickets. It could maybe help us all in the long run, as well as bring in new customers to purchase the resource.

Thank you for the honor, LOL!
I completely understand that posting about a race after the fact is a sin on message boards (definitely this one), which is why I led with what I said. I guess that forming a strong opionion about a race and finally being right after multiple strikeouts drives a man to talk about his score. I was not trying to be obnoxious. I\'ve learned a lot from this site and message board and felt excited to share my story. Ive even changed my business cards to say \"Local Tout\" now.
I\'ve never been to the Spa but I\'d love to join and tell stories of my losses as well, I\'ll even wear a red shirt so everyone knows who I am.

This is a \"how did you do thread\" and I simply explained my wager and gave thanks to the seminar. Not asking for a pat on the back.

I hate redboarding but I posted my opinion before the race on another board. I had Justify on top in 4 supers with GM, Audible, and Bolt as my 3 keys, 1x3x10x16, 1x3x16x10, 1x10x3x16, and 1x10x16x3. I cashed 2 of my 4 super tickets, biggest score of my life. The seminar was very helpful in solidifying my opinion on GM as the most likely board hitter. Thanks again.
