Jason Servis and veterinarian Dr. Kristian Rhein in which they were discussing a substance called SGF-1000, which prosecutors say was one of the misbranded or adulterated drugs at the heart of the case. Rhein told Servis that the substance could sometimes create a false positive for "dex," widely believed to refer to dexamethasone, and Servis asked Rhein to alter his veterinary records to make it appear as though horses had been treated with dexamethasone in case of a positive test.

Brammlage said West gave him permission to test MAXIMUM SECURITY for SGF-1000 with overseas tests. They can test for the stuff overseas, but we can\'t in the US (LOL).
Were these results ever released? Never saw them.

Baffert makes my stomach turn, if he\'s in the game, I\'m out.

Laugh At Life broke cleanly, pressed the pace wide, made the lead on the turn without being asked, broke it open, and romped under a hold at $24.20. Score for Miller.

"He paid for my son's college education," he said.

Miller did not make any friends.

"Everyone is mad at me – everyone – because I didn't tell anyone," he said.

The trainer rejects any notion he should have spread the word it was a "go" with a maiden-claiming first-timer. Was he obligated to spread the information?

"No," Miller said. "When they offer to pay my son's college education that is when I will be obligated."

I think he is a POS, shocked he couldn\'t get one to fire on the BC days in his backyard. Like Stormy Liberal. Left him off closing day at DM and had 5 of 6 on small $144 ticket and went 5 deep. Horse had no turf breeding, no siblings that won on the turf, and looked like it couldn\'t get the distance off pedigree and first 3 races.

Lot of value in SA pk6 yesterday, paid 4.5x the parlay.

Sport of Kings in LV tried the fixed odds model in the 90\'s and got crushed. Closed within a year of being opened. Would love to see fixed odds & matchups offered with fair hold percentages. Don\'t think you\'ll ever see it in US.

I always thought a fair model would be to tie the takeout to # of entries. Impossible to beat this game playing into 25% takeouts without huge rebates.

Puck those greedy pricks, if it wasn\'t for the Derby & Oaks they couldn\'t care less about horse racing.

DRF tourney site is as transparent as the Kentucky stewards.

What\'s next So Cal raising exotic takeout rates to cover shutdown days?

Mig has a nice photo of last yr with Ryan Moore on Mendelson with his leg right between Noble Indy. Said you can find a photo every year like the WOW/MS photo on the turn.

Explain to me how Abel Tasman stays up not ONCE but twice at the Spa vs. Elate?

Make sure to watch the head-on during the inquiries if you don\'t remember what took place. This happens all the time and is total BS. Different standards.

If blowing the turn was cause for DQ, 20% of the 6.5F turf sprints at SA would result in a DQ when they cross the dirt.

Both, Jason Servis -- Firenze Fire running off the screen last BELMONT day -- Karma.

No way the bluebloods of Kentucky wanted a 16K MCL winning the Kentucky Derby.

Horse didn\'t deserve to come down, Saez floated WOW out and WOW was at his neck 3-4 jumps later. Checked/steadied every so slightly, and the 20 or 13 would have won if good enough.

Did he technically cause an infraction, yes, but didn\'t think it warranted a DQ in the KD...bad call

If that was a Baffert, inquiry lasts 2 minutes and result stands.

I think Jason Servis is a huge cheat, do believe that had something to do with change.

Rail may turn out to be place to be after all the rain tomorrow, have to see. Lots of golden rails at CD in the slop.

Should have asked him how 7 of his horses died on the track from cardiac arrest in 2012-2013.

Anybody who believes that Baffert and the other \"super trainers\" aren\'t pushing the envelope to gain every advantage possible is very naive.

Can\'t help but remember what Jeff Mullins said

\"The problem, Mullins said, \'are all the addicts and idiots crying because they lost a $2 bet,\' and then demanding a level playing field. \'It will never be a level playing field. There are a lot of things people don\'t know, and won\'t know\'.\"

\"If you bet on horses, I would call you an idiot,\" Mullins also told The Times. \"I don\'t bet; there\'s a reason they call it gambling. I train to win and that\'s all I care about. It\'s not my problem (if the general public is deceived). They ought to bring in slot machines, then we could run our horses and make a living without worrying about some crybaby calling the stewards and raising a fit.
