Ask the Experts / Re: Even Blind Squirrels

But I do like the horse named Japan. Lost to Gufo in Sword Dancer with a terrible trip-woulda won easily. Next in Joe Hirsch did nothing, but his regular jockey stayed behind. Check out Japan\'s results with Ryan Moore rather than Lordan.

I am leaving all Japanese entrants out. They have had years of failure and I suspect an underlying problemwith their overall approach.
My best wager will be on Koala Princess.

She\'s having quite a good meet. As I get older, my long term memory is better thsn my short term memory. But didn\'t she used to dominate the 5 1/2 turf sprints at odds on? Yesterday, Hurricane Hill at 13-1!
Glad to see ROTW back-will celebrate by using the recommended 3 horse box with Spice is Nice also as a win bet.

Vic is now putting out his picks on weekends and does rely heavily on TG. But he also incorporates a lot of knowledge accumulated over years of experience. Insight you won\'t find elsewhere. For example, his discussion with Baffert that led him to know how good McKenzie was. I know I sound like a commercial, but I made a couple good scores on his selections opening day. Checkout the archives on his website-race 9 tri key paid $325 for .50.
Jerry I apologize if I am promoting a competing product, but they can be used in tandem.

Ask the Experts / What works?

Is it thorograph( using figs or analysis), ragozin, bruno\'s workouts, ellis starr\'s selctions, popejude selections, eddie olczyck picks on nbc, beyer figs?
Would be interesting to find out what has worked for you in past bc\'s. And, of course, everyone has their own best approach, but let\'s hear what it is.
One handicapper gave up on handicapping the bc races and just bet every horse in every race to win that was 15-1 or greater and actually came out ahead!
This is a tough game to make money-a pretty good handicapper chronicled his Saratoga meet and lost $25,000, while fbg just lost the whole pool ($32,060) on the Keeneland meet. But for just a couple days, maybe we can beat it.

Home Base win at 32-1 last out was not a fluke.

With 896 views last time, I thought a few of you might be following Dagney\'s Warrior, who is in today race 8 CD. I am not a good reader of TG numbers, but I am concerned that our horse will have to move up considerably from 11 to 7. Is that possible for a young filly or is it asking too much? We know she is fit and ready, and a bit concerned about speed inside of her as we hope to get the lead.
Any input to help me place some ex and tri bets would be welcome.
