In race 6 at Bel #2 flag on the play has a double top ,not sure if a bounce or a jump into a new best is possible??

any help out there

and I noticed DeKalb county had a double 3&4 back and bounced a little in his next race ,improvement today?

Speed and inside nfg in all one turn dirt races today at Belmont.
