I don\'t understand what all the hype is?

She is smart, gorgeous, well spoken, knows the industry and is well liked by all in the industry. Lets hope she doesn\'t end up on an NFL sideline....

didn\'t know she was 29. I guess the older you get the younger they look.

Maggie is the total package; that rare blend of looks and talent. NBC should pay her to be at Kee a week early. She would run laps around all their other analyst. Articulate, and a face even the casual horseplayer can\'t stop looking at. As the Trumpster would say....\"she could be HUGE in this game\"!

Unfortunately the cat seems to be out of the bag.

It was standing room only next to where she was situated inside the paddock last Saturday at Parx(!). The track doesn\'t broadcast any pre-race prattle like they do at the Spa, so unless you were standing right next to her, you couldn\'t hear what she had to say.

Whenever she spoke, it was like an E.F. Hutton commercial.

Only a matter of time before her opinions start having a significant effect on the odds. It may already be happening in some of the baby races.

Enjoy the edge while we still can.

It is almost condescending to call her attractive.

Sure she is.  But so are a huge amount of the female populiation.

Maggie is talented.  She has a keen eye for horse flesh.  Haven\'t seen somebody consistently make good points the way she does.  Nobody is 100% in this game, but those who see her day to day know just how keen her eye is.

The fact that she is universally liked and respected by a group of the most cynical, curmudgeonly people on the planet speaks volumes about her skills.  The fact that she is also attractive certainly doesn\'t hurt but there is much more to her than that.

In the same vein, another daughter of a horseman who is a pretty good paddock analyst is Gabby Gaudet on the Md. circuit.

Jessica Pacheco was attractive but not nearly as knowledgeable as several women on racing channels.

Roger (subbing for Alan) also gave Isotherm out on the radio this morning, along with a three-horse exacta box (excluding Bayern) that hit in the Awesome Again.

Isotherm was fastest on TG only, other speed/perf data had him competitive, performance Beyer had him close but not fastest.
