I have read many posts on this Board regarding the \"new improved\" NYRA and its alleged efforts to enhance the customer experience. Lest their be any doubt AS TO YRA\'s success in this regard I share with you my most recent experience dealing with NYRA. My upset has far less with the money lost from  my NYRA account. It has everything to do with the arrogant and dismissive attitude. I hope I properly attached the email string with NYRA. Will keep Board posted. Richard
