On Poly.  Have seen many horses get sore behind on poly and become injured.

Watched the race, damn shame. Always tough to see.

Always wondered about Mark Casse and after watching Noble Bird in the Foster on Saturday and recalling the vast improvement of Danzig Moon in the Blue Grass and Derby and then hearing about his breakdown yesterday.......well stop me if I\'m barking up the wrong tree. Perhaps my emotions are getting the better of me on a cranky Monday morning.

Good Luck,
Joe B.

JOE this is kinda irresponsible. Have you seen any blatant move ups, especially
when he gets his hands on older horses from someone else? (This certainly was NOT
the case with Za Approval). They have databases which will tell you how many
medication violations he has been held responsible for. Have many other horses in
his care suffered traumatic/fatal injuries while racing?

I would not use DM as the animal MC has recently had the best results with; his
female turf miler (forgot name) put together a very solid Spring, winning on both
the Derby and and Belmont undercards.

Pretty certain all research would find that DM\'s breakdown and Noble Bird\'s win,
while dramatically demonstrating the highs and lows of horse training, do not
point to any wrongdoing.

Stop Barking.
