It\'s pretty bad when you have to go to the racetrack to try to make up for what was lost in the stock market this week.
Don\'t misinterpret \"lawsuit dismissed\" with \"story false\".
There is a reason an offshore blacklist exists with hundreds of people in the US who made deposits with credit cards and then said they didn\'t.
Gambling obligations offshore, despite being duly authorized and otherwise normal, are still not enforceable in the courts here. The offshore folks tried years back to prosecute and had plenty of valid authorizations, proof of who made the deposits. Etc.
Not enforceable.
I am pretty sure Zayat would get the same benefit, no matter how u deserving

Judge cited 6-year statute of limitations. Since the debt was as of 2005 and suit was filed in 2014, it was tossed. Rubinsky claim was that Zayat stopped making payments in 2008 (within the 6-years), but that did not fly. Other evidence provided (texts by AZ suggesting weekly payments) was not compelling anough to support \"2008\" view. Nice for NYSGC to have this settled this week.
I\'m getting flashbacks.
Guys a known stiff. Boarding farms kicked his mares out, tired of chasing him for late money. It\'s the nature of the beast.
Did I mention that Pletcher said Mat would ensure an honest pace?
