Title: Carpe Diem
Post by: horsegoer on April 28, 2015, 04:37:07 PM
Doesn\'t this horse look ready to run a few points better?

Looks like a horse that needs better spacing to fire his best.

not sure where you get the idea of better spacing Sek.

One of the best organizations in the history of the sport went down on the hip to acquire this one and carefully crafted a plan to get to the Derby. He was given time, given a schedule and has delivered big time.  bbb

He\'s all yours.  You can have him.  I want nothing to do with him.  Maybe he can hit the board if all of the faster horses don\'t bring their A game.

All well and good but in terms of spacing this one gets an A plus.  bbb

With this particular horse, I respectfully disagree with that opinion.

Thanks for adding your typically good perspective. Looking ahead, I can just picture the noises makers turning to each other at the finish of the race asking who was that?

Trip in the BC Juvy? Obviously he was wide, but does anyone think he should get a trouble mark for Daredevil coming over a little, and then being blindsided by Texas Red as Daredevil was fading badly. It\'s 3/4 of the way on the far turn from the overhead. I know this race didn\'t show up very fast, but I think this is a more troubled race than is listed.
