If the races stay on the turf, and they are, how does a MTO entry stay in?

FWIW -- more than once, I have had to check and
re-check the NYC weather forecast because they
still hadn\'t scratched the MTOs.

Could just be laggard web page maintenance.

EDIT: Which I now realize has NOTHING to do with Race 3 today.
