Prior to deciding on my best bet @ Kentucky Downs and blowing its horn, I was going thru the Belmont card. I got stopped on the 3rd race.
The Suffolk shipper #3 doesn\'t have a chance in this race does she? I look at the ground loss incurred by the others and all I can picture is a lot of four wheel drifting like dirt track sprint cars.
A lone speed horse, (although is she even quick enough to do that?) is rumored to be always dangerous when loose on the lead. M/L is 15/1.
A jump up performance from a jump up in competition? Nah! Certainly anchors out in the stretch and swarmed by, right? It is 6+1/2F not 5+1/2F.
2/5 DJ shot, in the 1st @ BEL oh well back to my KD analysis.
I\'ve settled on the #12 Cat With A Twist in the 9th race as a situation with potential.
I guess the 12/1 morning line is a function of the horse being ridden by a quarter horse jockey (or is that his cousin), over confidence from his last two outings, the fact that he is no longer trained by Graham Motion and Ramsey has a horse in the race.
I\'m reading backwards so I may spot another worthy of horn blowing, Hoping the price holds.
