As long as they are non-racing fans who are inclined to gamble, I would agree.
Every dollar racing spends on families coming to the racetrack should be directed towards folks who have already proven they enjoy action-- sports, casino, dogs, harness--and(gasp!) will probably be wagering remotely.
Maybe Aqueduct will be the first \"cybertrack\" a facility which exists solely for the purpose of generating a. signal and cater to about 1000 high rollers who will pay exorbitantly for the privelege of attending the races in luxury.
