First two racing days, looks like 21 races, only 4 restricted to NYBs, still plenty
of bulky fields.
Do not know if 20% of races restricted to NYBs is a low enough number, but its a
start.
I think the consensus is that Panza is making positive changes, making a lot of
inroads into a racing program which has served the interests of a small but
influential minority for much too long, resulting in a dysfunctional and unappealing
racing program.
