Friday card very good. BES now 500K up 250k from last year. 300k Pimlico Special and 4 100k Stks.
Very good card will be destroyed by very bad weather. Several inches of rain possible Friday.
Cool 57% & cloudy, 20% chance of rain Tread.
NWS says showers likely Thursday night/Friday morning, 80% chance precipitation.
(as of 1:55 AM Tuesday).
Accuweather paints a bleaker picture for Friday: Heavy rain in the morning, showers
in the afternoon, flash flooding possible.
These folks certainly can make miscalculations, but it seems probable that Friday\'s
card will be affected by weather, with fast/firm unlikely and races taken off turf a
possibility.

Who does their numbers? I\'m betting it\'s Beyer because that\'s his old neighborhood. I know someone who won\'t believe them unless they come from Ragozin.
There\'s a storm heading toward the southeast, and up the coast. That sucks because on a 13-race Friday card, they had four Allowance turf races scheduled with 12+ entries in each, and two turf stakes races. Two days a year I look at that track, and now one of them looks like it\'s going to be drenched.

Did I pair up, Frank? Must mean I\'m poised for a big move. I have a pretty good idea where that will be.
Not sure what website you are using, but if you watch the long range forecast on Weather Channel on TV it is very apparent they are going to get a ton of rain on Friday. And then go to the internet and do a Baltimore forecast, on the 5 day forecast they even put bright orange letters on Friday that says \"potential for heavy rainfall\".
The prospect of having 2 inches of rain fall during the day makes it very tough to get enthused about handicapping it, especially the turf races.
But the real worry is, depending on what time it stops and how much there is, how dry will things be on Sat, especially the turf.
Literally the same post and I hit post before I saw yours!!!!
We all need a big forward move now and then Roger, Good luck.
