I see where thay have printed TGJB\'s letter regarding Rebates and printed all of it.
I also read some other very interesting articles, some which we will discuss and naturally debate later. The one thing about this Board we will discuss and debate the Speed Figures and issues that matter most to Handicappers. Another word a Board that is on the cutting edge not some Red Square Board.
