Title: Killjoy Mile
Post by: bdhsheets on March 06, 2004, 12:01:09 AM
Yeow!

10 of the 14 starters with tops 2.0>>>3.5

Good race to avoid.................not! LOL

I\'ll try Singletary [6-1] has a nice new top in his last off the 3yo layoff to 2.25, has the speed to tuck in behind Buckland or motor on the front to hug the hedges. As is always the case in grass events, trips decide them all too often and he should be able to work out a good one.

Good luck tomorrow!

I think Singletary could win but I will look for a much higher price in this one. As you said, it is wide open and you can make a case for almost any of the horses in the race.

Trip will play a big part and the pace looks to be more than honest with most of the entrants wishing to be fairly close up.

Should be a wild finish and I would not be surprised to see a blanket finish with a longshot winning it all.

Good luck.

bdsheets,

Thought you had a winner until deep stretch. Hope you had him backed up with the winner.
