Reason: Your information on file is out of date
Solution:
Log into your online account https://www.thorograph.com/secure/users.php?step=edit
and edit the email information and click \"Save\"
Reason: Emails are going into your Junk/Spam folder.
Solution: The emails need to be marked as \"Not Junk/Spam\" by checking the help section of your webmail host or the Help section of your email client.
Reason: Corporate Firewall is blocking our domain.
Solution: Consult with your IT Department.
