Title: Gulfstream
Post by: Bet Twice on December 10, 2013, 06:40:11 PM
I\'m going to be in Florida in February and am considering heading over to Gulfstream for the Fountain of Youth.  Any advice from those that have been on where to sit?  How about a nice place to stay for a day or two close by?

You need to order your seats now as they will be sold out. I think you can do it on line.  Not that many seats so all Ok but stay out of first two rows or you could be sitting behind a pole. A great fan friendly feature.
Nicest place to stay IMO is The Diplomat.  You can see your room from the grandstand.

\'Twas good advice on the Diplomat, however there s a Hampton Inn we use since all the good restaurants have opened successfully in the village.  It\'s right across the street and an easy walk.  Save you a couple hundred per night.  Clean.  The village has some nice restaurants, but if a walk on the beach is important do the diplomat.
If you do t get seats, get a table At One of the restaurants.  I believe that day they are all priced fixed per person, I could be wrong.
Best to you for a great trip!
