Number of mares bred in New York down 5%! 2013,1560 mares bred. 2012, 1641 mares bred. Lack of confidence in NY program due to NYS policies?

Not true. Depends on
N how you bet it. At most recent Spa meet thought I beat the tax man with $0.10 supers and got hit with 20 w2 for 2.00 super I hit multiple ways from NYRA

Had the same issue with NYRA rewards before.  I stopped using them after some BC supers a couple years back.  I think they are the only one that reports the 10 cent hit to the tax men based on the $2 wager payoff.  I have not gotten that with Twinspires or xpressbet before.  Switch Tony!!

You sure you\'ve got that right. They are supposed to consolidate all tickets on the winner from the same account. No matter you bet multiple 10 cent plays.

Are you saying the others dont batch them?

Twinspires and Xpressbet batch the plays together. I have plenty of $.50 PK4 tickets that they lumped as one. I called them and they told me it is required by all ADW\'s to do the same as per the law.

Now I try to go to the track to at least make my PK4 plays.
