See, the way it works is, the California horses who ARE fast do good, and the others don\'t.

I\'m not going to get over Stephanie\'s Kitten getting through inside for a long time. If POE gets beat by one of the ones I used and one of the longer ones I used in the Belmont (7 deep) wins, that may have cost me the whole pick 6 pool.

You wouldn\'t have to get over it, if the french moron Leparoux doesn\'t leave the rail on the turn, allowing the 2 to get through.  Bad enough he mangles the 3, he has to give the 2 the race on top of it.

No wonder the guy gets booted off a triple crown horse every hear.  Union Rags, then Flashback.....

Bad beat for the Let Em Shine crew, if this race was run earlier on the card, he would have won easy. Track changed, speed won\'t be as good from here on in.

The way \'it\" what works? Betting? Yes I get that very very well.
It was indeed the profitable move to go with Mr. Calif especially since he just shipped in - all the more reason to go bet him, Believe me, I get it. Guess I\'m just saying.....hmmm....

You can\'t stand on two sides of the game simultaneously, or can you?

What do you think? Really.

Does a successful wager warrant silent collaboration? That\'s  merely a philosophical question at this point in time so I realize it won\'t get taken seriously.

Oh well....waiting in limbo for vet records....

One more question actually,

Why does it work that way? What were the testing protocols and requirements for this year\'s Belmont again? Were they worthy of what you strive for in stance for clean racing?

You sure were right about Albertrani.  Best number, bad beat.  Cost me, too.  Let\'s hope he runs big here.

Cat,

Its a huge day of racing, let it go for another day.  Nobody wants to dive into that subject right now.

Thanks P-Dub.
I am ok now. Just had to expunge lest things fester even more and distract me even more. Gotta watch a race now.

Really it is not my subject of choice or expertise. I just watch horses and lots of them and lots of races, too.

A calm hand is always appreciated.
 Thank you sincerely.

You\'re welcome.

In no way am I saying you don\'t have a point, as JB has mentioned Allday today.  Would rather deal with a fantastic race day.

Did anyone hear the Arlington track announcer call the wrong horse in the 10th??  I had a bet on the 20/1 FTS, who saves all the ground and opens up 2 lengths in the stretch.  The favorite is bearing down on him - that is one long stretch they have there - and they hit the wire together.  He calls the 7, I scream an expletive, my wife asks whats wrong, the dogs go scurrying out of the room.

Then they post the 5. He usually does a great job, but he missed that one.

I immediately apologized to my dogs.
