I suppose it is only reasonable within the realm of physics that Wayne Catalano\'s precipitous drop to a mere mortal win rate of 12% should be offset by Luis M. Ramirez equally powerful ascension to 38%.
There is some off chance that the shift is due to some as yet unidentified universal constant, or perhaps because both of them trained for Calabrese ( who is generating wins out the yingyang). I wonder...well,-er, it seems possible, that either Newton or the racing commissions have kicked the can down the roadapple...
