Title: Illinois outlaws Internet wagering

Anyone else in Illinois get shut down on Twin-spires due to some new law? They tell me as an Illinois resident, they can no longer take my Internet wagers. Anyone know the details or scoop on this, besides track fighting & Illinois drowning in debt?
