They talk about averaging Equibase, Beyer, BRIS, and Thoro-Graph speed figures.  

Since they are all on a different scale, I\'d be curious to see the adjustment factor.

More than that, fig makers disagree by more than a few lengths app 22% of the time.They can only average the figs for each different maker, they have no way of doing a conversion of all the different figs for confirmation/comparison.Seems like they are just trying to establish a baseline minimum average fig to justify the grading.

The inclusion of Equibase and Brisnet in lieu of Rags,Brilliant!
