Pre-entries were due today at noon
The BC selection committee meets tomorrow to decide the offical order of pre-entries for the oversubscribed races
Pre-entry rankings announced on Wednesday.
I entered my 2 year old filly, Oscar Party that got beat in what was essentially a 4 way photo (sort of) in the Jessamine for the Juv fillies turf.
No idea if we will get in. I think we deserve to since we won a stake and we beat the winner of one of the win and you\'re in races in that stake but I am obviously biased and I know the committe has alot of tough decisions to make in that race and others.
Just a side note on the no-lasix issue that was discussed on the board. the trainer was pretty adament that he wanted to breeze her without lasix to make sure she didn\'t need it and so that\'s what we did. She breezed perfect and scoped perfect over the weekend so we entered her.
I would imagine that most trainers would do that same before the race and so if they are in there, I would assume that the horses are ok without it and that it\'s not going to be the big mystery that everyone is calling for in these races.
Jim good luck and I hope you draw in. I am looking forward to talking horses and races and figures. I know these other things are important to people and they are well informed.
One thing about Breeder Cup is if you are right in your handicapping you can seriously get paid.

You are most definitely right about the BC.
I have had my single most profitable day at the Breeders Cup (at Santa Anita 3 years ago) and my single biggest loss day (at Santa Anita 2 years ago)
I hope we lean toward the good this year as me and a buddy are playing in the Breeders Cup Betting Challenge so it would be a good day to have a good day.
