Post by: Silver Charm on August 03, 2012, 05:16:49 PM
3YO Filly trot machine.goes in the Hambiltonian Oaks tomorrow. World Record time at Meadowlands.two back14-16 Lifetime  with 2 runnerups.

Probably could have taken down The Big Race for twice the $750K she goes for. Lotta loot.on The Hambiltonian Card  and thanks for the DRF Sponsor who put the PP\'s in tomorrows form.

SC, I\'ve watched trainer Charlie Norris pull off the
huge upsets before on the big days like today, and I
don\'t think we\'ve seen Win Missy B\'s best yet. There
is no reason to hold back today -- this is IT.

Tetrick is in the unenviable position of deciding how
he wants to lose: take Missy on and get hung the mile,
or sit the trip and try to sprint with Missy late? Not
my idea of a good 2/5on chance.

Upset call: #7 Win Missy B wires, take 4-1 or better
(doubt we will see ML 8-1). Save with Maven on top.

Frank D., nothing more entertaining than watching
these harness actors...er, drivers, REALLY try with
the big money on the line, just crawling all over
each other for position / top, after 300+ other days
of the year where they just line up like trained pigs.

Frank I didnt go over to the otherside I never left. Have always enjoy the graceful eye appealing running style of these horses. But I dont bet on them really at all.

My interest dates back to my summer days of mispent youth when money we won playing Skins Games or Bingle Bangle Bongle was lost  in the evenings betting Trots amd eating.Soft Ice Cream Cones. This was all pre-simulcasting at the Old Louisville Downs run by Promoter William H King. King.brought Simulcasting to Louisville, got sued by Churchill who thought it was dumb idea and then when they took it over put him out of business. Who said it pays to be a Visionary. That facility is now the CDT Training Center.

Crazy day at the Big M today. It seemed every race the anmouncer was barkong a new World Record or Track Record but all the times were different. Check Me Out and Maven were poised for a stretch battle everyone was waiting for then both broke stride resulting in a $175K Super.

Two year old Captain Teacherous won the Woodrow Wilson Pace by 10 in another one.of those Track Records. In an otherwise fun but wild day rumors were abound and  Marty McGee was attempting to.confirm that Hansen would race next on Little Brown Jug Day....
