You know, I\'ve been baiting certain people (like one name vet) for years here trying to get them to sue me, the idea being that I could then subpoena a whole bunch of records and testimony. Looks like tracks can get hold of at least the records on their own, without a law suit.

If you are licensed on the backstretch, my understanding is that the stewards can search my person and vehicle at any time without warning.
I\'d have to check with my attorney about my medical records (if privilege claims could protect from the stewards or not) - but stews tell you up front when you are licensed they have the right to examine all that.
